The weather might turn back and you can smoke this one.
If not, store in the fridge for a few days, then cook (of necessity, and maybe giving up plans for a specific dish or meal) indoors, on stove-top or in the oven.

A dry rub barely penetrates the meat. I think you'r e okay for another day or 2. I'm not an expert but have left meat to marinate for a few days without an issue. Hopefully others can add their opinions also.
