We are cooking for a large Group. We have 15.75 pounds of pork chops in a roaster pan. At what temperature and duration should we cook this.

I know the internal temp should be 145 degrees, but at what temp and how long to get there is the question.

You can roast them at 350 degrees. Duration is less important than temperature; they need to be roasted to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
