Put a roast in the slow cooker at 12:00. It was supposed to be set at low but was accidentally set on keep warm. Can I put it on low and still be good

It was caught 4 hours later. I do t want to have any issues with bacteria. Just checked the temperature and it’s at 133

Sadly, no. It's been in the heart of the temperature danger zone (40 degrees to 140) for too long. Consider it an inexpensive learning experience.
