Using chicken breast instead of thigh?

Any reason you couldn't use chicken breasts instead? Thanks!

Sounds like a delicious winter meal, but I think the breasts would become drier and tough where the thighs, which have more fat and connective tissue, which would keep them tender. Personally, I would use thighs.
