Temperature for par baking the pie crust

I have two different sets of instructions, both for all butter crusts: one says 375, the other 425. Last time I did 425 my crust edges burned by the time the quiche was baked, but I'd say anywhere from 375-425.

Thank you! I ended up going with 425 for about 17 minutes (based on another of Erin's guides on par baking on Food52) and the bottom looked perfect but the outer crust was already starting to brown. So when I baked the entire pie I ended up trying the foil tent method, which kinda helped, haha, but mostly it just burned the outer edge. So I think next time I'd try less time/temperature for the par baking.
