Oh no! I did not know that Morton’s Kosher salt was 1.5 times saltier than Diamond salt. I followed amounts in recipe. Will my bird be too salty?

Hi Bewytched! Thanks for writing in. Chances are, your turkey is going to be just fine and the bird itself won't be too salty (you can try and brush off a little bit of the salt from the bird's surface with a clean pastry brush, if you're super worried about it). But if you usually use turkey drippings for gravy, I wouldn't go that route this time around—chances are, they'll be a little over-seasoned to make a balanced-tasting gravy. Hope this helps!
