Yes I one have fresh mango and 4 zucchini. Any ideas on how much of the mango to use? I will want a creamy soup but not too thick like pudding. So I bought sour cream. I thought I could blend the zucchini but just dice the mango and add a bit of shaved carrot for texture what do you think?
