Can a "breakfast casserole with eggs be made 2 days ahead? Same question for quiche with storebought crust?

I have to bring these on Christmas Eve morning, to be served morning of Christmas day. (no time to make them Christmas Eve morning.)

Yes, you can. Take care when reheating them, though. Reheat them, well covered, at around 300 degrees; any higher, and they will toughen. Happy holidays!
