maybe "cherry" blossom theme?? can't be there in person so have to freeze ahead and have a colleague assemble on-site at work

I made an almond cake with matcha buttercream (in cupcake form) out of the Baked cookbook...I'm sure it would be great in cake form! Involved but delish.
