What type of flour is used for the gnocchi

Just curious, question for all of you who had amazing results. What flour did you use? Bread, all purpose, self raising? It doesn’t say and I can’t wait to make them...

Just AP flour. Bread flour would add gluten and chewiness, and you don't need the leavening in self-rising flour.
