I don't like dumplings. My niece has shared chicken enchiladas leftovers made with flour tortillas which feels like dumplings in my mouth. Does anyone

Does anyone have any advice on how I can make these leftovers more crunchy when they're reheated? I thought about adding canned chicken. Any other suggestions? Thanks so much!

OK this is not particularly high-falutin’ or nutrient-dense, but I think it would be delicious to eliminate the flour tortillas altogether and make nachos with the filling.

Some people griddle burritos made with flour tortillas and make them crispy.

Or, similarly, warm up/roast on a relatively dry cast iron skillet.
