You'll want to cook that pork roast in the slow cooker for nearly the same amount of time, even though it's only half the size. It will take just a bit less, because it won't take quite as long to heat the smaller roast all the way through in the first instance - but that difference will not reduce the overall cooking time appreciably.
That said, I often find that the times suggested in slow cooker recipes, especially for roasts, end up being too long, so I routinely check about 3/4 of the way through. I'd do that here, too. ;o)
