Could I try this with red cabbage? It's all I have in the fridge, and I should really use it up soon!

Hi Dominique! I don't see why red cabbage wouldn't work here—it's a pretty forgiving recipe, and I bet red cabbage's slight bittersweetness would be equally great with miso :). Let me know how it goes!
