Can I substitute all purpose flour for the bread flour? Thanks!

Good morning Alex! Yes, you should be able to make the substitution. Bread flower has a slightly higher protein content than AP flour but it is usually only around 1% difference (~12.5% for bread and ~11.5% for AP). While this may make slight textural differences in the outcome, you should be all set. Use the same amount and follow the same steps.
