What is the Extra 3T of flour for?

The recipe lists an extra 3T of flour. Where is it used, as it isn't listed in the instructions.

Hi Mark, my understanding is that you use all of it, the 1 1/2 cups plus 3T, when you’re making the roux. You shouldn't have anything reserved/divided. Hope this helps!

Correct! I did it by weight at first and measured it out. I think the formatting could be confusing.
