I was just about to write that the holey thing in the chopsticks is a slice of lotus root.
So the photo may be a usage suggestion, not an ingredient picture.

This is "allspice dipping powder." I've never had it before, but it's probably awesome! I'd dip vegetables into it (or lotus root chips) or put it on avocado toast--experiment!
