Has anyone made these Gluten free?
Has anyone made these with gluten free Matza meal? I have yehuda brand and it looks very coarse. I wonder if it would be good.

I fear that without the gluten they might have a hard time staying puffed.
If you do, and it works, wonderful!
If not, maybe use this recipe which relies on tapioca starch.
