I am looking for a fresh egg pasta recipe that you can make dough, roll it out, cut and refrigerate it for 1-2 days before cooking.

Any egg pasta recipe will be fine in fridge about 2-3 days.
Tgerhe are many good recipes out there, but I find Marcella Hazan's easy, reliable and good tasting.
