what is the size of the dutch oven to use for this recipe
Video shows the 4 quart oven, is that to small? I also have the 5 quart tall oven if that would be a better size. thank you

But from the amount of flour used, it would probably also work well if you divided the dough and baked it in two 9x5 loaf pans.
