How much instant yeast should I use if I substitute?

Use 3/4 amount of instant dry for indicated amount of active dry. So, 3/4 x 1Tbs= 3/4Tbs. which also = 2+1/4tsp or 1 packet of yeast if you're using the little envelopes.
