Sifting Kosher Salt - I'm not sure how far I need to grind it.

I'm using a recipe that calls for Kosher salt. I'm also supposed to sift it together with flour and baking soda. When I sift everything together some of the salt remains in the sifter. Do I throw that in, or throw it out? Thank you.

If it is regular size crystals for that brand and not clumps, I'd go ahead a toss it back in with flour.
