Alternate cuts of chicken? Bone-in, skin on chicken thighs, or boneless skinless chicken breasts?

If I only have boneless skinless chicken breast, or bone-in skin-on chicken thighs, what would you recommend I use?

Hi Ericka-Jade: Either cut is fine here! I'd probably lean towards the chicken breast for ease and because I like the spice crust that forms on the bite-sized pieces. Hope you enjoy the dish!
