Ice crystals from excess liquid?

There’s sounds amazing. My only concern is that there is too much liquid in the pineapple and it would create ice crystals? I’m hoping someone who made this can provide feedback! I accidentally posted this under reviews when I saw the questions section - what an awesome feature!

Sorry kind of late here. That ice cream sounds delish. Some recipes call for either 2 Tablespoons of corn syrup or 2 teaspoons of a complimentary liquor (maybe rum in this case) to counteract the ice crystal issue and keep the ice cream or sorbet scoopable. Hope that helps.
