BAKING QUESTION NO KNEAD SOURDOUGH RECIPE

You'll need a large sheet of linen, something called a "baker's couche". Shape the baguettes and let them proof like this:

No-knead bread dough is very loose and soft, but baguettes can be made with this dough (I did this in a bread workshop years ago).
