1.5 lb bone in leg of lamb - cook time, method suggestions?
I found the perfect sized leg of lamb for 2 people at the butcher - bone in, 1.5 lbs, but am not sure how long to cook it, or what the best method would be? Most guides I'm finding online are for much larger legs. Any assistance and ideas would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

Make 1/2 marinade since you have a much smaller piece of meat. I have made this with a boneless leg of lamb, marinading overnight in the fridge since the meat was thick. It's a delicious marinade.
