What is the time/temp for Baked Hamburgers? Thanks!

E.coli 0157:H7 is the biggest concern with ground beef. It is best, as recommended by the USDA, to cook all ground beef to an internal temperature of 160 degree F. Time will totally depend on the thickness of the burgers, are they frozen or fresh, temperature of the oven, etc. I would strictly go with measuring the internal temperature of several burgers from different areas within the oven to make sure you are cooking a food safe burger.
