Yes! There are online recipes for Bak Tong Gou using an instapot. Of course everyone has a slightly different ingredient list...brown sugar, white sugar, pandan, coconut sugar etc. But I would try this recipe using the linked instapot instructions and see how it turns out. (Or you can obviously use their recipe too). I really want to try this out at home. Can you post what recipe you used and how it turned out?? Thanks!
