Has this ever been remixed into a 9in pie situation?
I have made this lovely recipe several times using single serving dishes. Today is my friend's name day and I'm wondering: Am I totally wild and insane if I doubled the recipe and poured it over a 9in graham cracker crust pie dish? I know it might need longer to set. I love that this custard, as opposed to other key lime pie recipes, does not need eggs. Penny for your thoughts!
