Different toppings for the frozen yogurt

Is it necessary to change any of the ingredients if one wants to add strawberries or other fruit in the mix?

Hi Karen! Ditto to what HalfPint said—the texture will likely end up icier. Maybe a strawberry sauce on top could be nice? Couple options:

Fresh fruit is going to bring more moisture which will freeze with bigger ice crystals. You will probably get an icier texture.

I think you can use freeze-dried fruit and not have to modify the recipe.
