How much water to add to vegetables
There is no amount of water to add as instructions indicate. How much should be added?

I would use a small amount - say just enough to line the pan with a shallow layer if water and get the vegetables started. Some of their water will heat up the veg and some will evaporate as they cook, to give you denser texture and more flavor.
