Please review the Clear Wonton Broth measurements for salt and MSG

The description of the recipe says "the salt & MSG ration is the same..." yet the list has 2 tablespoons Kosher salt and 1/8 teaspoon MSG (which would make both measurements incorrect.) I'm very literal but my husband agrees with my interpretation. Please advise, I'm in the middle of making it, but will wait to hear from you. Thank you for ur time in sharing your broth journey with us.

Thanks! I have another question: Where it says "bring to a boil, skim for 5 min. Cover, and bring up to max pressure for 1.5 hours." I'm an advanced cook, but I've never seen a recipe say to "skim". What stove temperature do I use to bring it to max pressure?
