Teff grain and oven-baking - instead of boiling
Can you bake with teff grain - everywhere I see instructions for boiling it (so you essentially get porridge), but could I bake with it (mixed with say bananas and oats; I have done this with quinoa (grain))? Any potential recipes/experience perhaps? Thanks so much in advance.
PS I am asking re the grain, NOT teff flour. Baking with the actual grain, without boiling it first.
