Store uncooked to make ahead, or what is best way to reheat?

Is it better to store the uncooked balls and make as needed? Or are they just as good reheated the next day? Would you flash reheat in high temp oven or pan reheat over med low heat?

I would definitely store the uncooked balls and cook them when you want to eat them. This kind of dough will hold well in the fridge, plus, parathas always taste much better, freshly made.

I would let the dough come to room temperature and then proceed with the instructions as provided. ;o)
