What is the texture of these bars?

I've never had a pumpkin bar and I was wondering what the texture is like! Are they similar, texture-wise, to brownies? Or more cakey? They look gorgeous!

Hi Lizzy -- great question! They're definitely cakey. Essentially, it's a big pumpkin sheet cake that you can cut into bars. : ) The texture is so good and you get the best of both worlds from the mix of brown butter and oil. Hope this helps.
