What do you do after you "turn over" in step 6?

Regarding the step that just says "Turn over," what is done after it's turned? How long do you continue to cook, or what signs do you look for that it's done? Also is it likely the apples will stick in a cast iron once turned over, or is this not usually an issue?

Hi Monica. After I flip I let it cook for a bit (I'd say roughly 7-8 minutes on each side). I use the spatula to run around the edges and gently lift. On medium heat you should be okay. Also, if the apples are sliced thinly they shouldn't stick.
