I need to know about an alternate baking time for cracker barrel turkey.

Cracker Barrel turkey is to be baked at 400 both my Ovens are almost full except for the one with the ham in it at 375 the other turkeys are in the other Oven with no room they were supposed to bake for one hour at 400 how long will it take at 375 without drying it out.

Hello! Roasting a bird at 375 degrees shouldn't be a big deal. I'd still cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place into the oven for 1hr. After 1hr remove aluminum foil and bake uncovered until an instant-read thermometer registers 155 degrees (the temperature will rise about 10 degrees as the turkey rests.) This could be about 2 hours of bake time but is dependent on the size of your bird.
