Can this be frozen after being baked?

I would love to bake this, since I have ripe fruit to use, but would like to save serving this for a couple of weeks. Can it be baked off, and then frozen?

I imagine it could be baked and frozen, if you omitted the glaze until shortly before serving. Although the writer calls it a danish, it seems more like a fruit pie to me. I don't see anything else that would suffer in freezing. The only thing I can see might happen is you lose some flakiness in the thawing process.
