Can I sub cocoa powder for the chocolate?

Hi! I would love to make these but only have dark cocoa powder. Can I sub the powder for the chocolate? Thanks!

So unfortunately not! This is a ganache based dough so cocoa powder would change the entire consistency. However, in a pinch I have subbed in chocolate chips!
