Butter Instead of Olive Oil? Substitution

What if butter was subbed in for the olive oil?   Has anyone tried this substitution?

I haven't tried this myself but this would probably work great with melted butter. If you use clarified butter you can substitute 1:1. If you use regular butter just add an extra TB or so. Hope they come out nice!
