Can I prep the whole star the night before

Looks delicious! Would it be possible to prep the whole star the night before so I can pop it in the oven in the morning?

Hello there, I have tried to proof my dough in the fridge the night before to save time on the shaping the next day. I don't see why you can't shape it and let it sit in the fridge until the next day. Let me know how it goes. Happy cooking and thanks for your interest. Happy holidays! Best, WoonHeng
