Has anyone else noticed that coconut does not seem t be available ?

I haven’t had any trouble getting it. I found some at Whole Foods and at a local natural foods market. Could it be regional demand? Who’s makin’ all the macaroons?

Not in stores, but yes in the business press since about May 2020.
