Spread too much! What did I do wrong?

Mine spread so much that I have two big sheet tray-sized cookies 😳 They're delicious, and I'll try again soon to see if I just missed something silly, but any ideas what could have gone wrong? I left the batter to set for 5 min as specified, but should I chill them next time too?
