Many thanks, Nancy. I had already done the math and just needed confirmation about how to use the new tart pan correctly. I have used this recipe for a very long time and get creative with shredded coconut, raspberry preserves and chocolate chips...my favorite midnight snack!!! Stay safe and healthy.

Bubbi-figuring by area (as this recioe is pretty much flat) the 8x11.5" pan is about 1 1/2 x the size of the round 9 or 9 1/2" pie plate. So increase recipe by half.
