    Measuring the dough to form shape

    I’m sure I’m reading the instructions incorrectly but I understand it as to roll the dough to a 3/4 “ rope & then cut the rope to 4” lengths. How is this possible?

    Sounds like you roll the dough into a rope 3/4in thick, and cut pieces 4in in length.
