how long will it remain fresh after baking

after baking how long can it last without loosing its original taste and softness, if i was to take it to the farmers market to sell would this be good enough any tips to keep the shelf life long without compromising on taste texture and softness.

Edrich, they've kept well for me for a day or two, but one thing I've learned about this cookie is the results vary a little depending on ingredients, equipment, and baking time (maybe even more than traditional chocolate chip cookies), so it would be worth doing a trial run to make sure they're to your liking.
