Chetna, what is this Chapati Flour. Is it Atta flour? Besan flour?

I'm not Chetna, so I hope you don't mind me answering. Chapati flour is a usually a mixture of whole wheat flour and a small amount of malted barley flour, very finely ground. Besan flour is made with ground chickpeas, or garbanzo beans. If you can't find regulation chapati flour, you can use a whole grain wheat flour or even what is sold as "white" wheat flour, or an Indian atta.
