Savory sourdough rolls how to store

Made these tonight absolutely superb with my broccoli and cauliflower cheese soup I made. How do I store the left over rolls since they have ricotta in them?

So happy to hear you liked them! I have been storing them in the fridge, then taking them out, warming them in a toaster oven (or quickly under the broiler) to soften. Enjoy!
