What would be the approximate nutritional data of one serving?

Once again, although this is a frequent request to the recipe contributors on this site it is not possible. Please understand most of us are home cooks, passionate and willing to share our favorite recipes, some personally developed, some gathered over years of cooking. We are not test kitchens with the capabilities to do extensive testing on these recipes. With a bit of internet searching you can find websites where you can enter ingredients and find out what you need to know. I am sure someone here may be able offer up a specific site they like to use. Glad you enjoyed this recipe... it looked good to me, too!
