From the number of servings (two), likely half a cup.
But depending on how much you like feta, you could adjust it up or down.

I assumed it was 1/2 cup.
Also added 1 tbsp chopped rosemary and 1/2 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes

Will reveal another change. As I did not want to go out into the covid atmosphere just for feta, I added over 1 cup Polish sausage cut in strips when frying the onions. (Inspired by paella. Maybe chorizo next time. Also did not have any.)
Let all simmer before adding shrimp.
It was delish. Feta for next time.
