Hi, If they are already filled (jam,....), I'd reheat them in the microwave. If you want to keep them warm while making a big batch, put them on a plate as soon as you have made them (unfilled) and cover with another plate, upside down (or aluminum foil). That's what i always do. You can keep them warm in the oven too, if you prefer. If they are unfilled, you can briefly reheat them in a skillet too.
Store in fridge (1-2 days) or freezer (1-2 mo) plain, flat, unfilled. For freezer, wrap whole set in foil. For fridge, just wrap set in more wax paper or a plastic bag. To defrost, microwave (without foil) 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until heated through. Or in oven without wax paper on a sheet pan, covered with foil, about 8-10 minutes at 375F. After reheated, fill with jam and roll up.
